Currently, I am an associate professor at the Computer Network Information Center, CAS. I got my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Tsinghua University in 2019, advised by Dan Pei and Youjian Zhao. My research fields include Cyberspace AIOps and network performance optimization, mainly focusing on empowering IT system operations with AI technology. This includes operational monitoring, alarm analysis, fault localization, and performance optimization, further enhancing IT systems’ stability and performance. I have published more than 20 papers in CCF A/B category international conferences or journals such as JSAC, TON, KDD, and ESEC/FSE.  The AIOps system I developed has been deployed and achieved good results in over 40 enterprises, including banks, securities, and internet companies such as China Construction Bank, China Mobile, and Baidu.
