Currently, I am a Researcher and Director of the Product Department at BizSeer Technology, I got my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Tsinghua University in 2019, advised by Dan Pei and Youjian Zhao. My research fields include AIOps and network performance optimization, mainly focusing on empowering IT system operations with AI technology. This includes operational monitoring, alarm analysis, fault localization, and performance optimization, further enhancing IT systems’ stability and performance. I have published 20 papers, including 13 in CCF A/B category international conferences or journals such as JSAC, TON, KDD, and ESEC/FSE. I have been granted 5 national invention patents. The AIOps system I developed has been deployed and achieved good results in over 40 enterprises, including banks, securities, and internet companies such as China Construction Bank, China Mobile and Baidu.
